1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MT33 online betting platform, accessible via the official MT33 website and mobile app. These Terms take effect as soon as you visit, register, or use any service provided by MT33.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use MT33 services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• At least 18 years old or the legal adult age under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher.
• Not residing in any jurisdiction where online betting is illegal or legally restricted.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Never had an account closed by MT33 due to a previous terms violation.
• Registering in a personal capacity, not as a representative or agent on behalf of another party.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. mt33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including an identity card, passport, utility bill, or other relevant documents for account verification purposes.

Falsifying information during registration is a serious violation that may result in immediate account closure and the freezing of all funds within it pending completion of an investigation.

3 Account Management

Each player is only permitted to have one (1) active account only on MT33. Holding more than one account, whether directly or through a third party, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for the closure of all related accounts and the freezing of any existing balances.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your account username and password confidential.
• Ensuring that no other person uses your account, including family members or friends.
• Notifying mt33 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.
• Updating your personal information whenever any changes occur.

Mt33 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Mt33 supports a wide range of deposit and withdrawal methods suited for users in Malaysia, including FPX, TNG eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, USDT, and BTC. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit is RM 30 for local payment methods and the equivalent of USDT 10 for crypto.
• Funds will be credited to your account within 60 seconds of a successful transaction.
• Mt33 does not charge any processing fees on deposits made by players.
• You may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 and is processed within 5 to 15 minutes once verification is approved.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be fully completed before the first withdrawal request can be processed.
• Mt33 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals for security review or anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same player's name.
• If there is an active bonus in your account, the wagering requirement must be met before a withdrawal is permitted.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Mt33 offers a wide range of bonuses to members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, rebates, and special seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus has a clearly stated wagering requirement. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met.
• Valid Period: Each bonus has a set validity period. Bonuses not used within that period will expire automatically.
• Maximum Bet Limit: While a bonus is active, the maximum wager per round or match is RM 20 or equivalent, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only have one active bonus at a time. Bonuses cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
• One Bonus Per Household: Each bonus may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or mobile number.

Mt33 reserves the right to void any bonuses and associated winnings if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or any attempt to exploit the platform's bonus system. mt33's decision in such matters is final.

6 Betting Rules

All games available at mt33 are conducted in accordance with the rules set by their respective game providers. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before participating.

• The results of all games are final and cannot be disputed once a round is complete, unless there is a clear technical error.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game round, mt33 will resolve the issue in accordance with internal policy and the game provider's decision.
• Mt33 uses an independently verified random number generator (RNG) to ensure the fairness of every game.
• Bets placed using funds obtained through illegal means will be voided and the funds confiscated.
• Mt33 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum bet limits for each game, which may change from time to time.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mt33 platform and will result in immediate account closure and appropriate legal action:

• Registration of more than one account by the same individual.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorized tools to play or exploit games.
• Collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or other games.
• Money laundering or using the mt33 platform for any illegal financial activities.
• Attempts to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the mt33 platform.
• Gaining access to another person's account without authorization.
• Making false claims or providing misleading information to the mt33 support team.
• Systematically abusing the bonus or promotions system (bonus abuse).

Mt33 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of involvement in prohibited activities and to freeze the funds in that account during the investigation. If the investigation finds a violation has occurred, the funds in the account may be fully confiscated.

In all circumstances, mt33's maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total funds you deposited into your account within the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Account Closure & Suspension

• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Players may also request closure of their own account at any time by contacting the mt33 support team. For accounts closed at the player's request, any valid balance will be returned upon completion of the verification process, provided there is no active investigation related to the account.

For inactive accounts, mt33 reserves the right to charge a monthly administration fee of RM 5 or equivalent once the account has been inactive for 12 months, until the account balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

12 Amendments to Terms & Applicable Law

Mt33 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the official mt33 website. Continued use of the platform after amendments are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Mt33 will endeavour to provide registered players with reasonable notice of significant changes via email or in-platform notifications. However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the MT33 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration in accordance with rules set by MT33.
